Searches for THC-free edibles are climbing for one very concrete reason: a federal law lands November 12 and most of the current hemp aisle does not survive it. If you are shopping this category for the first time, here is the honest map.
First, what actually counts
THC-free means exactly that: no THC, verified by a lab, not implied by a marketing phrase. Watch the traps. Broad spectrum and isolate CBD products can be genuinely low in THC but still contain the cannabinoid CBD. Full spectrum products contain trace THC by design. Hemp-derived delta products are the opposite of THC-free. The only proof in any case is the Certificate of Analysis, where you want the THC rows reading ND, non-detect. The categories, mapped
- Terpene chews and candies. Built on flavor compounds, not cannabinoids. Zero THC, zero CBD when done right. This is our category and, in our unbiased opinion, the fun one: real strain flavor, no fine print. Start with what is a terp chew.

The November filter
After November 12, 2026, finished hemp products are capped at 0.4 mg total THC per container. Do the multiplication on any product you love today: per-serving THC times servings. Most of the market fails it, which is why so many familiar brands are reformulating or disappearing. Products with nothing to measure, like ours, are not affected.
