What is actually in one
Three things do the work: a candy base (in our case, taffy pulled by hand in small batches), a flavor profile matched to the strain (real fruit-forward candy flavor), and the terpene blend itself. The terpenes can be hemp-derived, extracted from the hemp plant for authentic strain character, or botanical, meaning the identical molecules sourced from other plants like citrus and lavender with no hemp ingredient at all. Does a terp chew get you high?

Why the timing matters
The federal hemp law taking effect November 12, 2026 caps finished hemp products at 0.4 mg of total THC per container, and industry estimates say most of the current hemp-edible market will not clear that bar.
